I tested positive the day of my appointment and they still charged me 50% for no show even I did call the hairstylist and text her to inform her that I have covid and I don't wanna take the risk to spread it ! And her answer was sorry I can't help you with anything I told her then I will come wearing mask she said that's fine but now it's too late you are 15 mins late of your appointment Keeping In mind that I text her an hour before my appointment start and she answered 15 mins after my appointment started!!! My point is be aware people because you might get covid from that place :) And customer service was the least of the hairstylist I'm so pissed because I paid more than 150$ for nothing and at the same time It's not my fault that I got covid !
