I have been going to BQ for about 3 years and I have never had anything but quality nails that last without chipping or breaking. The techs are very friendly and their shop is always clean. I won't go anywhere else.
This salon is one of the best I've ever been to. They take time, the polish lasts and the price is right. Also, the salon is clean as a whistle.
I have had a great experience many times at this Salon. The new owner is friendly and attentive. I have never had a problem with my nails and they have always lasted a long time.
They did a poor job cleaning around my nails. They never touched my cuticles. I left with a air bubble on the side of my left thumb which ended up chipping two days later and my other thumb nail broke. When I returned to them to get it fixed they started to work on it. However 3 people came in and the lady made me wait for about 30 min before fixing my nails. Horrible service and quality! I will never return nor recommend to anyone.
I have been faithfully having my nails done at BQ since 2007. The last 3 times I have left disappointed or bleeding. I have had the same young lady do my nails the last 4 visits. She acts as if she doesn't remember me , which could be the case She never asks if I would like my nails cut down she just cuts. Never asks what shape I would like. We sit in silence which is fine but please don't be offended when I speak up about my disappointment. I always tip more than 20%. The final straw was when she filed my nails so short into the coffin shape. I walked in with rounded nails and walked out with pointy stubs. No more. Time to explore other options
