I scheduled a pedicure with my mom, we came for a quick 2 day trip. I would call what I had a express pedi, not a real
Pedi - both of us took less than 30 min? That's super fast. No callous removal, little massage and some rocks. It was fine, just not amazing. The guys seemed like maybe they weren't to thrilled to be there lol. So if you have low expectations it will be fine. The toes got done and that was the goal. Probably won't come back unless I was desperate.
Wish I could give less!! Worse experience ever. The guy was rude and extremely unfriendly. I kid you not my massage lasted 3 Seconds. For both hands. I will NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!!!!
Worst nail experience I've ever had. Rude service. Switched technicians in the middle of service. Used acrylic instead of sns dip as discussed. Everything was sub par and sloppy. Go to another salon!!!
Great service. Squeezed 3 of us in for pedis and I'm telling you, the best pedis in town. Just as good as my regular place back at home. Ill thank the place we stopped at first and they said they had no availability but not a single person in the salon. Definitely recommend B Nails and will be back next time I'm in town.
Don't go here. Went in for a full set of acrylic. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They immediately said no. They said they couldn't do the design, which was a very very simple design to do. So I said okay whatever just the color then. The color was a dark MATTE purple. The shape I wanted was longer but ROUNDED. Just like in the picture. Somehow they messed that up too. They gave me pointy nails and the purple is like a shiny plum color. Not at all what I wanted. When he was doing my nails he used dirty tools. So hopefully I don't get some weird infection. Two days later and a nail breaks off. 2 days!!!! I spent over 80 dollars and a nail broke off in two days. I went back and told them they need to fix it. This time it was a woman. I sat down and she RIPPED OFF the rest of the nail. I screamed "OUCH!!!" But she didn't even care. Then I said "you need to be more careful you just ripped a chunk out of my nail bed." Instead of apologizing she got mad and started talking in a different language. She fixed the nail and I left. The nail she did looks much better than the rest of my nails that the guy did so at least she has that going for her I guess. What a joke. They hurt me and did a shit job and I paid over 80 dollars. Never ever ever again.
