Do NOT come here for a lash lift unless you want hell.

On Tuesday, March 19th I had an appointment to get a lash lift and tint. I was very nervous as this was my first time going here and I tend to be VERY careful with any beauty process that I do to my face. There is no sign in so I awkwardly sat on a couch for someone to come get me. Once it was my appointment time, the esthetician got me and went to the back of the salon. She her self was very nice and explained how the process would happen. As the appointment went by, the esthetician made me feel comfortable with some small talk and explained what she was doing at any moment. The appointment ended - we took some pictures and she even had me do a video reviewing my experience. At that moment, right after she finished, everything was great and my video review reflected this.
 
As my evening went by, I started to notice that my lashes looked different, kept bothering my lids and just didn't look good. I decided to go to a different salon to get a second opinion and was informed that whoever did my lash lift had messed it up. They are over curled, folding into my crease, frizzy and going in all kinds of directions. It looks like a spider died on my eye.
 
I decided to message the salon to get a refund since I was unsatisfied by the service. They first started by stating that the lash perms are done with a standard rod issued by the manufacturer and until now, had never had a single issue with the product or service - making my concerns seem unjustified. They then gave me the option to have the esthetician take a look at them and have her fix them. I expressed MULTIPLE times that I was no longer comfortable with her touching my lashes as she had messed them up the first time. If they had another esthetician that did lashes, I would have agreed to do this.
 
In the end, two days after my original service - I never got a refund and still have bad looking lashes (MULTIPLE lashes have FALLEN out). They tried to guilt me by saying my original video stated a different opinion, so I did not deserve a refund. I originally had a higher review, but their horrible customer service has led me to think otherwise. I am having a different salon fix them later on this week. Pictures attached.

I called 5 studios last Friday and Artistry was the only one to call me back.  I saw Stephanie today and she is a sweet and savvy stylist.  I LOVE what she did to my hair.  I'm in my very early 40's, but now I look like im in my early 30's!  Stephanie is very knowledgeable, extremely gentle and she goes above and beyond to make you look your best.  I'm very happy.  Call them up and make your appointment today!  Don't just walk in without an appointment, set yourself a time and get ready for a great experience.  I spoke with the owner, she is wonderful!  I saw some other reviews of this place and it's really unfair to post negatively if you've had a bad day.  We all work hard, add a little kindness back into your hearts.  We are all here together.
