10/10 Lee is a super nice guy and his nails are spectacular. came her after a terrible experience at my old salon and was petrified but was soon comfortabl: highly recommend.

Canceled an appointment on me for being 5 minutes late when they know I drive a long distance to get there. Would make it a hassle to fix broken nails etc. shop looks ghetto to begin with.

I went here again ... first came years ago when they first opened up years ago.. now after many years if not getting my nails done and recently my nails have become frail from many illnesses that i have had over the past three years, i decided to go there. I had Gels done and was told to come back in two weeks. I showed people my nails that I was happy about and they questioned me on the price and told me that it was too high. I didn't know the going rate because I had not had my nails done in years. So i questioned the owners and there was nobody there the night I asked the man that was there and they said that is what they charge... ok whats done is done...... now move forward two weeks when I needed a fill.... I wound up in the hospital again and never had a chance to call to make appt. NOW this is why no one should go to this establishment I called four days after getting out of the hospital.... mind you I am not in any shape to drive myself like before... so I rely on Uber... they take walk ins but I called for appt....so i go Friday around 3 and that was the time they told me...and they can't do my nails... ok hmmm must be busy..... so I have to call an Uber to take me home... total cost $25 plus tip to go literally around the corner...less than a mile. I get home and call around 6 for Sat... they tell me 10:00 appt. showed up at 9:49.... woman come out of store and tells me to come back later ... she was the only one.....I said I have appt at 10..., she says no you call back later... and I said no I have appt and my Driver is getting impatient as he had another pick up. So I said ok I will do a walk in and wait... She told me she didn't know when the other person was coming in and I said you have no idea ??...and she said afternoon... call uber to go home again. So I show up a few minutes before noon and I walk in and a third person comes up to me and tells me that they're not excepting any more people today and I said well I had an appointment yesterday and you guys cancelled it and I had an appointment today at 10 and you guys cancel that and he said I'm sorry we have no more. Then continued to tell me that I should not have come into their establishment after getting my nails done and telling them what they should have charged me. That was not the case I just questioned the price because somebody else had already had it done. They said we don't need no trouble and I said I'm not causing any trouble I just wanna get my nails done and they told me to go down the road to some other place that I'm sure that they're empty and that they would be able to take care of me.The guy I spoke to saw me standing with my cane struggling to stand and watched my ride leave again. I then asked ok why do you keep giving me appts and when I show ....you send me away. He said I asked why i was charged so much in front of customers and that I didn't come back in Two weeks. I said I was in the Hospital for the two weeks....and no one was in here when i asked... when i was at the studio next door, one guy came over and even said there wasn't enough gel on two of them...he said No, no available time. Again, I had to call an Uber to take me home another $25 round-trip. Please do not patronize this establishment. Causing me to spend $ I do not have on rides and dic*jng me around. And the first time i went ... my nails were stubbs and slicing into my nailbed and I gave a good tip knowing Covid put a toll on the industry.... so much for being nice..., and now you know why the world is the way that it is

I ve been going to Annie's Nail Salon for years, because they are the best in the area. THEY NEVER RUSH, they spend quality time doing your nails and I ve gone to them twice a month for years! They are very professional acting , friendly and caring. They offer all kinds of styles and designs without outrageous prices. They take great care of the entire nail for good health and cleaning... unlike some people on Queensbury who dont... Annie's prices are reasonable, the place and bathroom is very clean, and they offer a relaxing atmosphere with popular music videos on the large screen TV. Annie's is a family run business, so they take great pride to give customers the best service. Pedicures are fantastic too. Owners Kim, Lee and their son Kevin run a great, welcoming, hometown feel establishment that you ll need to try if you're not a customer already. You wont have to worry ,their products are the safest & the best ; they Never use the cheap cancer causing products that ruin your nails...unlike many nail salons in the area.It is hard to find great nail salons like Annies! It is a 5 star establishment for sure!

My new favorite spot for ANC. I have been two times and will continue to come back. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable even on your first stop in. They don't do the ANC very thick / piled on, instead they do a thinner job so it doesn't crack and stays as long as you would desire it to. They even did a design with the ANC which was super cute.
