I was visiting in the area for a wedding and needed a pedicure so I could wear my sandals:) After checking the Yelp reviews I picked this salon. The tech did a super great meticulous job on my pedi and polish. However I wish the tech doing my pedi had chatted with me during my visit.

Traveling around in an RV full time, it can be stressful to trust a nail salon you don't know for a pedi. Based on other reviews, I decided to go to Anntina. This salon was spotless, instruments came out of a sterile peal pack(as a retired OR nurse, very important), and all other items used were new out of a prepared pack. Sinks were lined with plastic. This was the cleanest one yet. Walked in on a Monday am and it was well staffed. Very pleased customer!!

Out of all of the nail shops I ever had the experience like I did today. I went for a pedi and a full set. The pedi was AMAZING from the older lady (I didn't ask her name) but my full set was horrible. The man didn't take his time nor pay attention to what he was doing. I had to constantly tell him what color I wanted on my nails. He glued on a nail incorrectly which made my nail look crooked. Once I pointed out the mistake, he said he would shape it up in which the shape up did not make my nail look any better. From then on, I grew disappointed every minute I was in the shop.

This salon is EPIC FANTASTIC!
I'm visiting with a friend, checked out local salons on Yelp! and this came with the highest recommendation... rightly so too.  Joann, one of the owners is beautiful, professional, delightful and friendly.  Make sure you accept the HERBAL treatment when asked, being new I didn't even ask but wish I had because for only $10 more you can receive an extra five product treatment of a diverse choice of fragrances serving different ailments.  My pedi was only $35 but I would have definitely spent $45 for the extra herbal treatment.  Their massage chairs are also different from any others I've ever seen and employ the use of airbag technology for an all over massage to include the hands and arms... so don't come to spend time on your cell phone and allow the chair and Joann and her staff to pamper you.

For nails and pedicures this is a great place. A little pricey but the cleanliness and comfortable atmosphere of the salon, as well as the expertise of the technicians, is worth it. Ask for Joanne as your nail tech.

HOWEVER!!  Do NOT - I repeat, DO NOT go here for a haircut!! Kim, the stylist - and I cannot emphasize enough how ill-fitting the term is for her - butchered my hair. Prior to sitting in her chair I had hair down to the middle of my back. It is thick and wavy. I told her I wanted a blunt cut across the back, long layers in the front, and blended on the sides.

Kim proceeded to show me 2 inches of length to trim and I agreed. She started in the back so I didn't see what she was doing but something didn't feel or sound right. When I looked down and saw 4 inches of my hair on the floor I said, "What are you doing?! What are you using?" She stepped around to talk to me and she had a razor in her hand! She was cutting my hair with a freaking razor! You do NOT use a razor for a blunt cut! Any first-week salon student knows that!

I tried to tell her again what I wanted but she wouldn't let me talk. She kept saying in broken English, "Yeah, I know. I know." She switched to scissors, completely ignoring my instructions. I told her I was VERY unhappy and wanted to leave. She said, "But I make your hair soft!" The rest of the conversation - and I use that term as loosely as Webster will allow - was just as ridiculous.

My hair upon leaving the salon was shoulder length, choppy, uneven, and looked like something you would discover on Barbie after a 4 year old with scissors decided to experiment with her hairstyle. I went straight home and fixed the damage myself (I've cut family members' hair for years).

The salon owner was very professional and immediately refunded the cost of my haircut when I showed her my hair and told her how unhappy I was.

Bottom line: I can definitely recommend them for nails and pedicures, but for a haircut you'd be better off putting your locks in a dull blender!
