I really regret coming to this salon
Came in for just a root touch up and hair cut
The owner said I needed a color correction I didn't feel I needed it but she convinced me and said I needed it in the back I have my clip in extensions and showed them
And said the extensions is close to my color and I want to stay this color My hair is a beige blonde  they made my hair over toned grey the first time and I told them this is not it and my roots was yellow they added more toner burned my scalp and made my hair more silver grey my hair cut is so sloppy and choppy I told her I don't feel it's fair for my to pay for a color correction when you ruin my hair color terrible customer service made me pay and my hair is ruin I tried washing out the toner multiple times it's not working I feel it's hair dye they put in my hair I really regret coming here

Color came out beautiful, haircut came out good, they all were nice but this gets 4 stars because i was left completely stain my forehand had dye my ears had dye my upper neck had dye super embarrassing to walk out and put your hair up only to be told your whole upper neck is red! Had to go buy a dye remover so i wouldn't look dumb in work all stained. If i would of not had that issue i would of given it a 5 star.

Great customer service, all the ladies working were extremely nice and helpful. I had no idea what kind of haircut to get but they made suggestions and worked with me. We did not have an appointment but they still helped us out. I came from California and there are no open salons at the moment so this was an amazing act of kindness from their part! Will be coming back everytime I am in Vegas!

They tried but couldnt do the hairstyle like i would want. I understand the hair stylist needs to have certain skills and experience with doing ombre. They did spend time and looked at the pic i provided (attached below) several times throughout the whole process but the color comes out overly blonde and also they didnt make my hair wavy like in the picture but outdated look big curls parted in middle of my face that i didnt look good in. Its not the worst but definitely not what i wanted. The male hairstylist who did my hair was also still learning from the lady was my read because he sometimes had to stop to ask her how to proceed. So its also my fault trying to do my hair the last minute when i get canceled by another hair salon (last customer of the day and they did stay late to finish my hair) and kept it going when i could tell they were not certain with what they did. Still tipped the hair stylist but will do research better and find a salon with coloring expertise next time.

The price was decent ($200 something with coloring and eyebrow waxing)

Berenice is a hair magician!!! She is very friendly but serious about her work. She really took time to talk with me and, for the first time in a long time, really HEAR what I wanted. She took my input, paired it with her expertise...and I have NEVER been happier with the way my hair looked. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent!
