This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I had a groupon for a mani pedi and charged me 30 dollars more for a gel. Their customer service is awful. They were rude and unaccommodating. I will never go back.

Do NOT go here!  As the previous reviewer stated, I remember when this place opened up a few years ago.  It was the best place in town.  Now it is literally just a dump.  It is so dirty inside and the staff couldn't be any less welcoming.  I went recently because I bought a Groupon (should have known right then and there) for a gel manicure and pedicure for $35.00.  I had my pedicure - during which time the tech didn't even make eye contact with me and made two of my toes bleed with no acknowledgement - then went over to the chair for my manicure.  I am aware that the Groupon was for a gel manicure.  I have had both gel and Shellac before.  The tech did not quite know what to do when I showed her the Groupon, so she asked another tech (a male) who came over to me and said (I hope you're sitting down for this one) "That is for females only".  I thought I was dreaming so I asked him to repeat himself.  Not only is that highly illegal, but even if it wasn't, it was not indicated anywhere in the details of the Groupon.  He told me I could get a regular manicure.  I kindly told him that I had already paid for the Groupon so that I would be getting a Shellac manicure (at this point I really just wanted to get the hell out of there so I didn't really want to wait for gel).  

There was no further conversation, eye contact, anything for the rest of my time there.  I also noticed that they don't clean anything because they put the little bowls that they soak your hands in right back into the pile that they take from without cleaning them.  None of the employees wash their hands after going from pedicure to manicure, or in general.  Needless to say, I will not be going back there as I was clearly not welcome.  What a shame.   Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!   This used to be a nice place to go for some spa services like mani, pedi, waxing and so on.  It is now very dirty, poorly staffed, messy and uncaring/unattentive staff.  I went for a bikini wax recently and the girl would not leave the room so I could undress.  She went and got me a towel was all she would do.  Then during the pedicure, she cut me, barely looked at me and barely spoke to me.  She just sat there and talked Asian to her coworker.  When the pedicure was over, she simply alked away and never came back to check if I was dried or to help me put my shoes back on. After paying nearly $60, I didn't think this was worth to tip for poor service Then to top it all, the manager followed me out and expected me to tip and explain why.  Ridiculous.  Steer Clear Altogether!
