poor quality. I am upset at how bad my gel pedi looks. I could have done a better job at home. yet, their prices aren't any cheaper so you might as well go somewhere else to pay the same amount for better quality.

Piss poor service! They messed up my daughters nails, would not fix or refund. This place is terrible and I do not recommend F-

I came to Angel nails in May 2022 and had a deluxe pedicure and manicure. Within 24 hours my manicure started chipping and by day three my nails looked as if I had never been to the salon.

I always give the place at least two chances.

I came back at the end of June 2022 for a deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure. I got the same lady as last time. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM but the shop was open at 9:15 when I arrived so she had me come on in and sit down. I chose three different colors and all three of them were not in stock. By this time it was 945 and nothing has been done because she has been hunting for various colors.

She began my pedicure which was mostly OK other than she did not cut any of my toenails and I had to ask her to. She does not speak English. I had to have an interpreter from another employee.

The color that I finally had to settle on was not painted well. By this time I had been sitting there from 9:15 until 10:50 AM. My butt hurt and I was ready to get up. She messed up my toes putting the pedicure shoes on and had to redo. Ushered me to the pedicure drying table and I said I still have a gel manicure and she said oh OK and took me back to the table.

I then sat there for one hour and the gel she put on literally just pulled off. She went and got the manager who promptly took it off and I told her I had already been there for over two hours and I had to go. She said well you could come back and I will paint your nails.

Problem is the paint that matches my toenails is not good paint according to her so do I have to start the whole process again?

I think I will just walk away from a 2.5 hour fiasco and never go back. The color I had to settle on was DND lemon juice unless they buy a new bottle I would not choose that. Also the glitter that went on my ring finger she tried to put regular polish and not gel and I told her go I want you. She then discovered that the gel glitter polish was out so she tried several bottles mixed together on my ring fingers.

Also, the prices advertised online when you booked the appointment are significantly less of what they charge in this salon. Mine should have been $60 but they were going to charge me 72.

Walked in and signed in and sat down, everyone looked no one greeted me. One tech checked customer out and another customer came in to sign in told her an hour wait. Took the sign in form and went to the back, never came back, never acknowledged me.... I guess I was a black ghost
