Beautiful salon, awesome pedicure, awful hair. Went there to get a balayage came out with orange hair and maybe 5 strange color highlights on the top of my head that don't go past my ears. Had to dry my own hair and was not asked if I was pleased with my hair. After getting the dye washed out of my hair I was basically on my own. Would not go back to get my hair done. Very disappointed. Total came out to $151 without tip.

I won't ever come back to this salon. I had an appointment for a facial and no chip manicure. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because the facial was ok. I was hoping for more extractions but she was doing more of a cleanse. After my facial I waited about 20 mins to get my nails done. This is where it was a disaster. It took 2 hours just for a no chip!! When she was applying the color there was way too much oil in it that made it spread everywhere. Not only that but when she put the clear coat the lamp wasn't strong enough for it to dry. When she wiped if off with alcohol thinking it was all done, it took off the clear coat and made everything else worse! She made it seem like the product was bad, but she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I get no chip manicures every 2-3 weeks and never had this problem. Anyway once I was done I was trying to set up and appointment for my sister who also received a certificate. The owner was so rude to me because both weekends we tried to book were unavailable. So I told him just tell me what is available instead of me trying to figure it out. So once we figured out which day will work he tells me strictly that if my sister doesn't come he will not honor the certificate anymore! And starts waving his hands around!! This is already paid for!!! How can u tell me you won't honor it. How do you treat your clients like this and expect them to come back for future services!!??when he did my sisters hair he totally jacked it up and blamed it on her previous hair stylist.... all the highlights were so patchy and didn't match her current color.. avoid coming here!!! Not a friendly place and they don't know what they are doing here.

Never ever again. This haircut is very uneven. Having short hair to lay nice it needs to be even not all jacked up. Sadly Rudina seems to be getting tired of her job. Very poor haircut

I debated all day how to pamper myself on my birthday. I was given a door hanger for a special on a massage and I decided to call. Very nice gentleman answered and I was able to book an hour massage . When I arrived I was greeted and offered tea and water and escorted to the area of the spa that I felt I was in Europe. I met my masseuse Sandra... I LOVE her. She needed no direction and I think at one point I fell asleep. Sandra was EXCELLENT and this is coming from a person who does treat herself regularly but I travel from place to place as I have not found the perfect pampering massage, until now!!! Please visit Sandra and this Spa they do offer other services so visit them online All I can say is and a Happy Birthday to Me. Oh and the best part well 2nd best part I can reuse my coupon !! I will be back and I will keep recommending this spa outside of Yelp too

I got the WORST no chip manicure of my life here. The very kind but inexperienced nail tech cut me three times between two fingers. One of the cuts bled the entirety of the manicure. She also glooped on the nail polish, which you never should do for a no chip. As a result, the polish on my thumb peeled clean off in less than 48 hours. Another finger lost all the polish within another few days. To top it off, there wasn't even lotion or a brief hand massage. DO NOT go here for manicure services. There are a dozen other options in the area that are better.
