We get pedicures about every 30 days.  We decided to try a new place, bad decision.  They rushed thru the pedicure, only removed about half of the previous polish, did not buff or clean up cuticles or calluses, poor application of new polish (missed part of the nails and got paint all over skin).   On top of that, when we were finally dry we took off the toe separators and asked for the foam flip flops.   They reluctantly came over and gave us the flip flops and put the used toe separators in the drawer to be used again.  The worst pedicures we both have ever received.   Would not recommend this place.

I had an appointment for this salon today at 4:00. I sat for 30 minutes without being helped. They kept saying someone will be right with you when I checked in. Then they came and said 5 more minutes. After 35 minutes without my service being started I got up and left. I worked around my schedule for the appointment. What is the point of a reservation if it means nothing! Needless to say I will not be going back.

In the area so thought I would give it a try. Big mistake. The technician sped through my pedicure, literally dug a hangnail from my big toe and drew blood. I had to tell her to stop and she did the same thing on the other toe. When the first toe kept bleeding, I asked her if I was bleeding, and she grabbed a bottle of rubbing alcohol and sprayed my foot. When it was time to pay the bill it was five dollars more because she had to remove gel polish. Needless to say, I will never go back. I am in shock that I left a 15% tip. I usually leave at least 25- 30%. I should not have left a tip at all!One more thing, I kept thinking she was talking to me, and finally figured out that she had AirPods in her ear and was on a call the entire time. Nice customer service!

Look elsewhere. I used to like going here, last 2 visits have sucked & now I'm moving on. Service has left the building. Rush the service. Barely trim nails, so you have to return sooner. Tech on phone entire time. Luxury pedicure 30 minutes from the time I put my butt in the chair. Tech spent the time on the phone & I got my massage with one hand. I said the service was sub par & was offered a 20% discount on the NEXT service ... are you high?

My first pedicure was great. Great massage, good job on my toes, good callus removal. The next two were both terrible. Messy cuticle work, no pressure used during callus removal and the massage felt like my shins were being lightly petted for 10 min (very weird experience). Each time I paid for an upgraded massage. Not worth it. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person that did my first pedi but 1/3 good experiences and the other two being some of the worst pedicures I've ever had... go somewhere else!
