Owner response to below after my post was they take clients with appointments first ....then you should have told me you didn't have time to start instead of lying, getting me half way served and then telling me to wait another 35 minutes. Don't lie and honor your appointments before they get there. You knew you didn't have time if you had all those appointments. Original post: Make sure if you ever go to this establishment that you are very clear about your time constraints. I've been going here for a while as a walk in and never had a problem. Today I walked in and told them that I was short on time and could I have my nails and toes done at the same time. They said no but it said they could do my toes first and my nails after. After taking an hour and 10 minutes to do my toes, they told me I would have to wait 35 minutes for someone to do my nails after 10 people walked in after me. They then proceeded to argue with me and have the customers attack me with them. I paid and left, and will never go back here again. I have never been so disrespected, mortified, and reprimanded in my whole life. One lady asked me why I wouldn't give myself enough time to enjoy it. I explained I didn't have that luxury and she told me everyone has problems and I'm not the only one. The owners workers and customers all gang up on me when they could've simply been honest with me to begin with. Worst experience of my life this place is awful.
Place is full of positive energy. Won't go anywhere else. Every tech is very helpful
Have not had to return to a nail salon twice to get a touch up within two weeks for a gel manicure before. Was then blamed for getting gel. I am disappointed.
This is by far the best nail salon in Spring Hill. Every time I get my nails done I leave with exactly what I wanted. Teylor and the owner do the best nail designs. Even when I show them a photo of what I want they match up the color and do a perfect design. When you in first come into the salon they ask you to wash your hands and it is recommended to wear a mask. It's best to call and book a appointment if wanting to get your nails done with teylor or the owner because most of their costumers go to them.
This is the best place I've been to in a long time. Kenny is the best pedicure I've had In this area! Please come see him. He's the short little guy in the shop. He is fun, cute and offers wine to those getting some work done. I appreciate him and hope you will too! Come to A&H!
