Well I can't say enough good things about 94 West Salon The place was so nice and the nail tech was amazing they use great products and don't rush My gel manicure lasted 2 weeks and probably longer if I let it ! All for $30 I will definitely go back
Bought a Groupon for this salon over 3 years ago and have been going ever since! I absolutely love the manicurist Dawn! She is always polite, courteous and does an awesome job on my nails no matter what I ask her to do. I'm a nurse and my schedule can be very crazy at times and Dawn has always been accommodating to me to make appointments, even coming in on her days off or late nights, no questions asked! I would recommend asking for Dawn when you book an appointment
The receptionist is extremely rude and gives you an attitude for calling. I bought a Groupon and they had only one option to give me for an appointment which would not work into my schedule. I would not recommend this salon based on how they treat their customers.
Went here for the Groupon deal. Michelle did my nails... she's great. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because I had to wait like 30 minutes past my appointment time to get started. They just need more nail techs. Would definitely go back.
definitely wouldn't recommend this place I think its a very poor environment. Purchased the groupon online for full highlights. My highlights were done quickly so I though I would be in and out fast until the color was so wrong it needed to be corrected 2x. The blow out was so generic I could have don't better at home and now that I am styling my hair myself I am seeing how horrible the hair cut was. The toner wast even applied evenly and I have about 3 different colors in my hair... after when i washed my hair die was coming out... never have I ever seen color wash out when it was done at a salon. The environment was uncomfortable as the owner continuously scolded one of the employees and the owner was nagging..... I had to listen to her complain for 4 hours... I will never be back and I wouldn't recommend it at all sorry!
