I called on a Wednesday and left a message regarding an appointment on a Saturday as that is the only day I have off. Today (Friday) I called back after no response from Wednesday and got the same voicemail. The voicemail said I could also text, so I did after leaving another voicemail. My text was replied to shortly after and asked who I wanted to see? I asked if Maribel was available on a Saturday because of the reviews of her on yelp. The person I was exchanging texts with said they would ask the stylist and asked if I am a new client which I would be. The person responded with what I believe to be a July date of Saturday the 23rd. at 2:00 PM. When I alerted them of the date, the person responded with a date of Friday the 26th.at 2:00 PM?????? I asked if they meant Saturday as I had explained in the voicemails and asked for a Saturday appointment In my first text. I then received a text that said Saturday was already busy, sorry I said thanks then asked what Saturday she had open and never received a reply??? I guess business is good and Maribel doesn't need new clients
Maribel always does an amazing job! Love my new hair. She always does exactly what I request. Also like that she takes her time and isn't rushing me out the door.
I love this place and Maribel. Great hair stylist and provides amazing customer service. She connects with you and figures out what you want and what your hair needs. Her pricing is not that cheap but the quality she delivers justifies it. Haircut is 48 dollars. I've been back twice already and will get my hair regularly cut by her.
