I recently moved to Hendersonville. The first salon I went to, they absolutely ruined my hair. It was awful and I knew getting it back would be a long process. Long story short, I had long light brown hair and I left with super dark brown, short hair...I wanted my roots done and a haircut. So, I scheduled a consultation with Erika and was put at ease immediately. I have already had two appointments with her and the results are fantastic! Needless to say I have found my new salon. On a broader perspective, the salon is adorable and has a great vibe. Highly recommend all around!

Do NOT come here. Unless you want your hair to be melted off and to gain blisters on your scalp on top of NOT GETTING THE COLOR YOU ASKED FOR. The owner refuses to give a refund for the mistakes her "stylists" have done to me. This was for my wedding and now I have hair I never asked for and some of it was melted or burned off in the back. Terrible company and customer service. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

It is a great salon, staff are nice and welcoming and so far the experience has been with excellent results. I will mention here the two stylists we had services with, we highly recommend Michelle, she is a great stylist, colorist and has an awesome personality.
Erika is an expert colorist, she will get the color results you want. Thank you all.

Franciene gives the best cut! I have curly thick hair and she's wonderful! The salon is clean, and everyone super friendly. I highly recommend.

I've been a client at this salon for years but have recently come to reluctantly and sadly admit I can no longer get my haircut there.

I am of an age group where I am at higher risk for Covid related illness and additionally I am immune compromised.

I have wanted appointments where I could wear a mask during my services but this request was treated in an aggressively unpleasant way by the salon owner's own daughter. This individual has given the impression she is against vaccination as well as allowing others the choice to mask for their own safety. Her attitude made my appointment very uncomfortable.

There are zero Covid safety protocols in place in this salon and almost no one masks even during the recent outbreaks.

This may not impact other folks in the slightest but if you are immune compromised and trying to find a salon that acknowledges/accommodates and takes Covid precautions- avoid, avoid, avoid.

I don't mind what people's personal beliefs are but when they influence my experience at a business and potentially impact my health?

The risk -in my opinion- isn't worth it.

I'd rather give my money to people who are at least open to the idea of allowing people to take precautions against infectious disease if the CDC advises their risk group to do so.

Two stars because I really loved and appreciated the times I had my hair done at this salon before Covid- before things got so crazy and, at this establishment, just downright angry.
