DO NOT book with this company. They lack business acumen & basic ethical practices. Once they're paid they will refuse to give you a partial refund even if their bus breaks down and leaves people stranded for 90 minutes. When addressed for these poor practices they will offer nothing more than a credit for future services, which is extremely bold to automatically assume that someone would want to book with your company again after having a nightmare of a first experience. MORAL OF THE STORY: Book with a company who has integrity !!
I recently contracted with Harmon Brothers Charter Services for our annual Essence Festival trip that was cancelled. I contacted the company on April 1, 2020 to cancel our contract for motor coach services. Per our contract I was told at that time that our deposit would be refunded minus an admin fee. I was asked to forward an address for the check to be sent to. I forwarded an email to the company on this past Monday inquiring about the check that had not been received. The email was not answered so I contacted them directly yesterday. At this time I was told that we would get our money returned in August because they spent it on their business expenses & have not made any money so they can't pay us our money back. I stated that this was unacceptable because we are returning money to our clients & need that money to pay our clients back. I was then asked to send another email demanding my money back that would be forwarded to the owner of Harmon Brothers. After calling this morning I was told that Mr. Harmon said to let me know that he would pay me once he gets some money coming in. Deposits are held for services & when services aren't rendered unless stated in your contract that money should be returned upon cancellation of the contract.
