I've been back twice now since moving to Cali. Love this place! The nail techs are outstanding and the pedicure was super relaxing.
This used to be the ONLY nail salon I would go to....overall they are usually wonderful, however that is not always the case.. I made an appointment online for my daughter and I (I was so happy to see that we could schedule appointments online now!!!) My appointment was for me to get a gel manicure and a pedicure, my daughter's appointment was for a dipping powder manicure WITH extensions. My pedicure was going great until my daughter came over upset becuase she had been given a dipping powder manicure with NO extensions... and it looked TERRIBLE. I asked the very nice lady who was doing my pedicure if I got something wrong when scheduling my appointment and maybe I misunderstood something... Nope- not the case- the man just didn't listen, didn't care or didn't pay attention. Upon telling them that this is not what she wanted they asked if we would like them to remove it- which our answer was yes. The man (clearly frustrated) took my 11 year old daughter to remove this dipping powder thing he had done to her nails, not only was he extremely rough on her while removing the dip he destroyed her nails and the whole skin around it... he never apologized for his mistake, they never asked to re do her nails in the way that we had asked and pretty much acted like a total jerk to my 11 year old child. We will NOT be back. It's very unfortunate because if this guy didn't work here this place would be the BEST around.

This was my first experience at Reach and it won't be my last! I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure. I loved the massage and the hot stone. Everything was clean and you could tell that Reach takes sanitation very seriously. I will be back soon!
Love to get pedicures here! The basic one is only $39 and it comes with either a 10 min massage or callous treatment. You also get a shoulder massage while your nails dry. Today I went for a gel pedicure- I chose a subtle color and I love it! You also get a discount here for paying in cash.
