4&CO SALON in Rockville, MD

Recently visited for the first time to get a hair cut- modern, very feminine, clean vibe! Loved the interior design, all the vertical glass and open space (none of the stylists are stuck behind walls or in their own cubicle). Haircut pricing was typical for Rockville area. The receptionist was very professional, polite, and helpful. Loved chatting with the lady who washed my hair, she seemed sweet. Stylist Jackie did my cut, she was professional, efficient, friendly, great conversationalist, asked the right questions, and gave me a ton of helpful tips on hair care. I got a layered cut of about 4", and LOVED how it turned out! Will definitely be back, highly recommend.

Fantastic! I found 4&CO from reviews with no idea what to expect. Clean, bright, chill - not the hustle and bustle make-a-buck place I'm used to. Prices are really reasonable and Jackie - stylist - and Casey - pedicurist - were AMAZING. I went in feeling blah and felt amazing when I left. Highly recommend.

Things that make you go humm just for the hell of it . I filled out a application for front desk position for this salon UNDER TWO DIFFERENT NAMES AND Nationalities and guess who got a interview.. you guessed it , not the minority. But the one that I said wasn't a minority ding ding ding got the interview right after the assessment test that was TAKEN BY THE SAME PERSON AND GAVE THE SAME ANSWERS! I will never want to be apart of a salon with such low morals, the salon should be ashamed of their self. You should be looking for someone to train your salon with respect!. It is a fucking shame. I wish I knew who to report it too!

Laura Reed is an AMAZING stylist who I followed to 4 and Co years ago. Laura takes her time to consult with you asking for your preferences and also offers great suggestions to have you looking your very best. She is also a master colorist and has matched my hair color so beautifully that it looks completely natural. She's the real deal and I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend! 5+ Stars!!!

I wanted to transition my hair to gray and Sdenka did an awesome job putting baby lights and whatever else she did to achieve what I thought was impossible! OMG I love how my hair turned out. I get compliments all the time. So I referred my girlfriend to get her highlights with Sdenka and my friend was very happy and pleased with her work. What I love about Sdenka is that she took the time to really listened to what I want done and SHE did a fabulous job! Do yourself a favor if you want to achieve a certain color or hairstyle ask for her and you will thank me and won't regret it! Sdenka is the bomb for real!
