I had hair extensions installed by Adrian Perez and unfortunately my experience was awful. I had 3 wefts sewn in and severely tape-ins placed towards the front of my hair. It was my first time getting extensions and I expressed my hesitation to Adrian. He insisted we do sew ins as they were more durable even though I wasn't sure I wanted the permanence of them. Eventually, he agreed to put tape ins towards the front instead of all wefts, but still used three on the back of my hair. A few days after the installation I mentioned that they were extremely uncomfortable but was told it would take time to adjust to having extensions. I knew something wasn't right. I was flying to boston and thought I would give it a few more days and maybe the pain and irritation would subside but it only got worse. When I returned from my trip the pain was unbearable, and on top of it I had contracted covid. I wound up going to the dermatologist because my scalp was so irritated and painful and was told I was having an allergic reaction to the micro beads used for the sew in wefts. I told Adrian about this and politely asked for a refund. The dermatologist had removed the hair for me and it was in perfect condition having only been worn for a week. Adrian would not give me a refund and instead told me to make them into clip ins. He said the micro beads were hypoallergenic but clearly they weren't, as I even saw the metal coating chipping off the beads. I paid $2,155 for hair I wore for a week and suffered a terrible reaction. I've reached out multiple times and have received no offer of a solution from Adrian or the salon. I'm extremely disappointed about how this is being handled. Adrian, Thank you for your response. Again, I need a resolution, I texted you 2 days ago and still haven't received a resolution. You did not advise me of any potential risks to my hair, scalp, or health prior to the installation. I advised I was in so much pain that I had to have the extensions removed a week after installation and your advice was to "sell the hair". I implore you to act in good faith and with integrity and refund me the money I paid you. Thank you.

Wasn't sure what kind of look I wanted but that didn't matter because Adrian did a great job shaping my hair!!

The night before I was to be in a wedding, I thought I'd give myself a haircut to be super fly. Needless to say, I messed things up REAL bad. I'm talking Three Stooges, the best of the worst COVID quarantine, bowl cut to the max, awful. In a panic, I called Adrian's spa in the morning, explained the situation to him and was in his salon not 10 minutes later. He worked his magic as we talked about life and I walked out of there feeling and looking SO fly. What I love about Adrian is not only his talent and creativity with hair, but his humanity and easy-going charm. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I went here for an oxygen facial by Savana. What a treat! It felt so relaxing. She is such a nice, warm person. It was my first time getting a facial so I didn't really know what to expect. Savana did a quick assessment and customized the facial based on my skin type. She took her time to pamper me. :) Other things to note: * It's in front of a modern residential building. There was no sign that said "351 salon", but it's the only salon in the building. * I was able to park at the "future residents" parking which is closest to the salon. I believe there is plenty of covered parking under the building as well. * The facial station is on the second floor of the salon, it is nicely decorated and feels very calm and cozy.

Adrian is a top-notch hair stylist. I have gone to him three times now for a cut, style, color, and extensions. He has done a wonderful job every time. I feel very comfortable in this salon as Adrian is very welcoming and keeps a positive vibe in the salon. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new salon!
