2K NAILS SALON in Mission Hills, CA

I called in about a gel pedicure, the women on the phone said to come in 30 mins so I did . To check in , To only see two women sitting in the pedicure chairs in water with no one attending to them . Then to see another lady sat down after her nails were painted, to also get a pedicure. So now three people ahead of me , after I come on time . I patiently waited and waited and waited. Total time of waiting was about 1 hour and 30 minutes ! By the time I was seen , and asked what service I wanted the man about to do my nails huffed and puffed and was visibly upset . Spoke in another language and then another lady said he was going to go home . And she would do my nails . He then began to throw trash to then sit down and do ANOTHER ladies pedicure. She wanted him to change the color . I asked the lady who was doing my nails what was going on . And she stated the owner isn't even in the building and is answering phone calls telling people and taking appointments not communicating with staff and having enough staff . This was the longest I have ever waited and by far one of the worst experiences I have had

Absolutely love my nails! They did a great job! I'm obsessed. I've been driving far to get my nails done but now that I've found this place near by I'll be going here from now on. Thank you 2k Nails! I've been getting a bunch of compliments

To owner. In reply to your response, you take no ownership of the lack of quality you provide but rather TELL me to be more specific and give you constructive cristiscm to better your business...that's not my job. Read the reviews others have provided and figure why so many negative reviews on your own.

Vibe is bad, not caring about leaving a customer hanging for months and not letting you know she's gonna be gone for months and the girl your supposed to be getting your nails done by doesn't come in till 2 and they let you sit there for 30 minutes before telling you this, I had been going there for about two years. My normal appointment was always at 12 o'clock. I got there at 12 o'clock. Sit there for half an hour. This is not the first time Kelly has left me hanging for a month or more Not cool!!! Wow!!!!!! You guys have no communication skills whatsoever and now you're trying to make me look like a bad person, Showing your true colors Kevin. Buyer Beware!!!! Shame on you Kevin.

I called In for a walk in appt at 9:30 and whomever took my name down said of course. I get there at 9:20 and one of the ladies who is doing nothing (more than likely waiting on an appt of her own) gets my name and asks what I wanted. I told her I'm deciding between a gel manicure or just clear polish on a regular manicure, but I had an appt. She says okay and then takes me and starts my nails. I tell her I tried taking off previous gel builder and gel polish at home and wanted that all removed. I didn't realize that the other shop I went to used an acrylic filer too much on my nature nails it indented my nails. I noticed that the lady doing my nails started putting lotion on me which I'm like huh okay I thought they do that at the end. So when she shows me my nails I'm like you know what, if you can see the indents I wanna do white color polish. She proceeds to says you said no polish and I already did the lotion. I looked at her so in shock.. as if taking lotion off my nails was a big issue and does she not see how awful my nails look? Of course there's 3 other appts waiting at this point- with only 14 mins into mine and she won't add the polish anymore. Even tho my appt was scheduled for a gel? I paid $20 for this. I'm not one to make a scene or yell but I was so disappointed and shocked I actually teared up after leaving. I shouldn't have paid that amount for the service she did. And the excuse just because her other clients were early If you can't accommodate appts then don't say you can and waste someone's time and money.
