Being one of the only nail salons near Belterra resort, southern Indiana, North Kentucky, and Ohio, I assumed this would be a good place to go. Walks-Ins are welcome as said online and on their sign. When I arrived they only had 2 people on staff and had 8 people waiting/in progress. I asked if they had time for a mani/pedi if I didn't have an appointment or if I should come back another time. I was told they had time and to sign in. A third employee came and took back one additional person just to ask if she had chosen a color. He then sat on his phone for the remaining time I was there, possibly taking a well deserved break however it was misleading why he was sitting there and almost helping clients.
I waited 50 minutes. No one spoke to me. They were sitting guests at chairs and turning water on for pedicures but leaving them to sit for 20-30 minutes but not working on theI left. Will not return.
Family ran business with sweet employees. Fun environment, often there is great music playing. Very busy but worth the wait.

Being a male, it's not normal to get mani pedis, but this environment made me feel welcome.
