My experience at salon Ferrara was less than enjoyable. I went in to get hair extensions and left looking ridiculous. The extensions were supposed to be a natural ombre, and I was told they'd be about 18-20 inches+. When I showed up for my appointment, they were 12 inches, and to make matters worse the extensions were nowhere near the color I'd asked for... Because the color was so unnatural, I had to pay for them to be dyed. I was told I was getting beaded extensions, the kind where your hair is linked in individual pieces to the extensions. What I actually received were entire wefts beaded to my head that did not blend in at all. Half of them fell out in two weeks. I called many, many salons asking if anyone knew how to fix them. None of the salon employees I called had ever heard of this method. Spent almost 200 additional dollars getting them fixed elsewhere. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars wasted.
