The service is phenomenal. Sheena styles hair like no other hair stylist I have had. No matter if it's short, long, finger waves, weave, etc. She makes sure she asks numerous questions about your hair and what has already been done to it. She will not perform ANY color or chemical if she feels it will hurt your hair in any way. Some stylists will perform any treatment despite the damage it could bring to you and your hair. You will always leave with a smile on your face and a new confidence in your step.

Horrible salon. Please do not go there. I went for makeup service and they had me waiting 45 min and stylist did not inform me as to why she was running late. Lady at the front desk is very disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to people. She went out of her way to taunt my sister because she asked to use their restroom. I understand they are safety protocol but you don't have to get loud and disrespectful about it. Please take your money elsewhere. They don't derange any business.

Went to be seen for a touch up and cut. Then says not taking new clients. Unprofessional. Due to covid 19. But a friend calls and was able to get an appointment. If you are not taking new clients don't say that after you took the client for the first time and then after say no more new clients. UNPROFESSIONAL and it makes you look bad

Michelle came highly recommended to me when I was looking to transition back from natural to relaxed hair. The staff at Salon 3 is always friendly, helpful, and professional. I always feel like I look like my absolute best after every appointment.

Had a terrible experience at this salon on my first time visit just a few weeks ago - was told to hang up my coat in a dark area fell down some stairs and injured my back had to go the emergency room received a tetanus shot because I had a bad scrape on my arm. I was never told by the owner that there was stairs & to watch my step the area was very dark and I did not see the steps thought I was walking on the straight floor until I went flying backwards. Very dangerous there should be a light in the area because this could happen to someone else. I am so blessed that I did not break any bones but I did injured my back and I am still in pain.
