If I could give this place a zero star I would have . They have do very bad reviews that I should have read before coming back here . Can't do a layers haircut and careless with peoples hair . Took like 5 min with a razor to do a layers haircut and came out so uneven when I came home and straighten my hair , it looked so bad , honestly completely ruined my hair I had to fix my uneven layers he cut so uneven and short never would I ever go hair again and would not pay and give a nice tip again . Horrible hair salon !
Honestly I liked the hair cut they gave me. It was $35 and I had it right before prom so if they did bad then all my prom pictures would look bad. Thank god they didn't f it up. Looks good lol and gave me layers like I asked. The barber seems funny lol.
Totally satisfied. I got beautiful brown and highlights hair color. Good products for hair. Good customer services. Clean and comfort massage chair. Highly recommended!
I didn't think i'd have to say this about any hair salon but I absolutely hate this place and I will never be going back here again. I specifically showed the worker the length I want to cut my hair at and even said "only a little trim", pointed at the length below my chest and said this is where I want it in both english and vietnamese. He proceeded to cut my hair as normal, and everything seemed fine, until he lifted my hair up and I could see that the length is EXTREMELY SHORTER than what I ASKED FOR. I told him straight up "this is way too short" and then he said "oh sorry" and then CONTINUED to keep cutting. I started tearing up because at this point he was cutting around 3-5 inches of my hair. As he kept going it got to the point where I just started bawling my eyes out. Long story short, i walked out crying and my mom still paid but she was given a choice not to. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL CHOP OFF SO MUCH OF YOUR HAIR WITHOUT YOU WANTING IT.
This is the worst hair salon I've ever come. When I came to request cutting and dyeing, the owner cut it for me then he gave it to the lady dyeing staff, and he left somewhere I don't know. The time at first the owner spoke was 3 hours, but the worker lasted 5 hours, I waited for a long time and found the woman who did for me was taking care of her nail. I urged me to hurry up because it was already 9 pm, she hurriedly smashed the dye on me very hard to show an annoyed attitude. The next day I went to work and everyone at work told me that my hair was ugly and cut iregularly, so I came to there again and asked to correct it. As for the color of the hair, it is uneven and the up is not the right color, I picked a light gray color but It was light gold and now is real gold. I am really disappointed in wasting my time and money here. You guys Don't be like me. PLEASE!!!!
