Searching for a new nail tech/salon can be so stressful. I found this place by my house and OMG! Mary did beyond amazing! She merged 2 looks into one and they came out better than expected. I definitely will be back!
Cindy was very rude and disrespectful to my friend. She was being discriminative and stereotyped her as she was just being a polite customer the whole time. Cindy made her feel very uncomfortable as she was very bold with her words since it was just the two of them there as they were closing, it was a very unprofessional experience and it's not the first time Cindy has been disrespectful.
I used to come here all the time for my nails, no where else, but NO MORE. AWFUL SERVICE!!!! CINDY IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! She stereotyped me and asks if i'm doing drugs (mind you I am a black woman with tattoos & do not do drugs at all) I guess because she was not trying to do her job since I was waiting for 30 mins to be seated so stayed later. I stated that I would've liked to be told that I was unable to be taken instead of rushing my nails. So I assume her anger for being there after closing made her decide to be rude and unprofessional. Never ever going back.
First of all they took to long. I arrived around 5pm and was not done till 7:30pm. The shop was not busy when I walked in. They did not listen to me at all. I have been here on multiple occasions and each time worse than the last time. Once they gave me design I didn't ask for. Once the SNS was too thick. Another time I got SNS which cracked after a few days. Today I walked in asked for sage green SNS and to get my natural nails cut down and filled. They tried to rush me out of there. I was only shown bright green colors. Come to find out they had a sage green the whole time. I normally get charge 45$ for the SNS manicure. But today I was charged a extra $5 for my nails to be cut down. Which make no sense since the were not long and only needed to be filed. When asked about the additional charge they had 3 different responses that did not apply to the service I received. I will not be coming back. If I could give it zero stars I would. Would not recommend this place to my biggest hater. Please go somewhere else.
One day after I got my nails done from this place, my nails look like I've had them on for almost 2 weeks. The nail polish is starting to come off and the nail are so chunky. For the amount of money i pay for this nails, I would expect it to look better. Highly disappointed and I would not recommend anyone going there (only if you're into throwing away money)
