I'm not one for writing reviews but this place is truly not worth it. I went in for a gel mani with a dip mani currently on my nails. When I got there they asked me about my nails and when I told them they were dip they didn't seem to mind. Fast forward 20 minutes they have me sitting with my nails in remover when the manager comes over and says they can't do my manicure because "they didn't know I had dip on and it would take too long". They had already taken my other manicure off at this point and didn't even bother to cut/shape my nails before ushering me out saying the removal was $30. I'm never going back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have dip on your nails (heaven forbid!).

While the mani/pedi I had yesterday was well done, the customer service here is terrible Another reviewer five years ago had the same awful experience with using a PAID FOR gift certificate after it expired (in my case two months ago) My children bought it for me for my birthday last September I didn't even consider that there was an expiration date on it . Between job schedule and then COVID and quarantine all of the sudden the year passed.I wasn't sure I felt safe going in a nail salon until just recently. I needed to treat myself and so I decided to use my gift certificate. I let them know it was expired when I made the appointment and they did not alert me to a potential problem When I arrived it took a long time to be greeted and again, no one mentioned a potential problem. As I was getting the manicure one of the staff - not the owner who was actually there- approached me and said that while I could use the gift certificate today they would not honor the balance (about $45) besides being shocked, the timing of this information ruined what was otherwise a nice experience. I expressed my upset and the woman walked away and refused to engage in dialogue. As a local business owner and resident, I would never recommend this salon. They do a decent job on the manicure and the manicurist was lovely but the customer service is terrible. And they started to do the manicure without using the plastic shield that was on other stations. I objected and they moved me to a protected station. Adherence to safety guidelines is a little loose.

This may have been the worst salon I've ever gone to. Got a gel manicure on Saturday and my gel nails are already falling off 4 days later. Also $50 which is way overpriced especially for their lack of service. Super disappointed
