Zoom Tan - Tanning Salon in Oneonta, NY

for god knows what reason they don't take cash or american express, so i had to walk out.

Blonde girl with the mole on her face is extremely rude and unprofessional. You would think someone who works at a tanning salon would know the general answers that some clients may have....unfortunately not here. I was unsure of the amount of time I should go into the bed for, since I hadn't gone in quite sometime, the blonde worker rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I was actually left speechless because not only was it a genuine question but I was left with NO answers standing there not knowing what to do. I should have left but thankfully I had brought my friend with me who let me know people usually go in for about 7 minutes. I don't recommend going here, especially when the blonde is working. My friend was more helpful than the woman behind the desk.

There was a middle aged man working when i went and he was extremely rude and had a constant attitude while my friends were just asking questions. The rolling of the yes was a great touch. Our moods immediately changed and the whole situation could have totally been avoided if he just had a smile on his face. Ridiculous

First time trying a spray tan they have three levels to choose from I'm glad I choose the darkest one the next day I could see a full tan body my face was darker then the rest but that works for me looking tan in the middle of winter can make anyone feel better on these gray days Taylor was very helpful with any questions and the machine has a video to watch on how to stand while getting sprayed after the tan the machine does a self cleaning They offer lots of package deals for the month or the whole year very cheap

Place is ok close to cleaning standards. But when it comes to "the manager" one word RUDE! don't even go there when he is working, his attitude of don't bother, I'm doing you a favor is absolutely unnecessary. This is not his business, he is an employee and the money members pay also pays for his service I will tell him if he is so miserable pushing numbers in a key board, quit there are many other places that fit your poor customer service! tanning supposed to be fun, relaxing, not stressful, every person should be treated equal without prejudice. No one should have to be taking advantage of as he does to people. I will say to him to check him self before he recks the good reputation of Zoom Tan. To the owner of this establishment please get nicer people behind the counter I love to tan hate the angry ness and vulgar rudeness.
