Updated review. We went back few more times and these times I used kk and wife used other workers. Kk was great the best worked out for a few times but doesn't work there anymore. Got kimmy a couple times with the most expensive spa like I usually get but the service is night and day rushing poor quality. Wife used a newly hired woman a couple of times and the quality isn't there. Will be looking for another nail salon again. Where did kk go if you read this lmk where you at
Rude STAFF overpriced !! I don't mind paying top Dollar if your work is good but it's not !! 75$ for a pedicure ?? Yeah never again !!
It was all right. I ended up going there because the person I usually go to wasn't available. It started ok, but once I saw how she was doing my acrylics I saw that she was doing them very thick. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe she's not done yet. Once I realize she was about to put the color I told her can you please take off the product underneath my nail? And she said I'm not done yet. She took it off but barely. After , when she was done I saw my nail shape and I was disappointed. I'm not a customer who likes to complaint , but come on. I paid 58 for that when wasn't even that worth it . Tried it for the fist time but I won't be back
I just had my first ever appointment at this place and it was very enjoyable. I had Cindy and I had mentioned that I have very sensitive nail beds. She was very delicate all while still giving me exactly what I needed for my acrylic tips I'll be going back!
I went to this place for the first time yesterday. Expensive as all " hell" they charged me $108 not including a tip,for gel manicure and pedicure no acrylic or tips. Then they tell you, they have to give you to someone else to do your hands or feet, never the same person to do both so you can tip the girls 2x for 2- different people. If you have money, you won't have as much when you leave this robbery establishment. RIPP OFF !!!!!
