I had the worst hair cut I've ever experienced in my life. I cried literally for 4 days. I was very clear with Lindsay on how I wanted my hair cut. I had shoulder length hair. I told her I was in a wedding party in a couple of months and I wanted to grow my hair out a bit. I told her to I just wanted her to clean it up. She said "so 1/2 inch on the entire head. How will that be." I agreed. As she was cutting my hair she said something that concerned me..."it's so funny how the front of peoples hair grows so much faster than the back". To make a long story short, I ended up with a mullett. A good old fashioned 1980's mullett. She layer the entire head but significantly shorter in the front. it drops down right at the ear just as a mullett would. I have had to purchase clips and every day since that cut I have no choice but to pin the 2" pieces into two to three clips. I was so embarrassed to go out in public. I am a person who has always had longer length hair and feel that a womans hair is a large part of her feaninity. I feel that was robbed from me. I truely feel as though I was assaulted with a pair of scissors. I called the owner and also stopped in to show her the damage. She covered her mouth,shook her head, and said "I am so sorry". She suggested I come in to see her in three months so she can try to begin to fix it. She ripped up my check which I had written to pay for my cut. She shared her own personal experience of her once nightmare hair cut. Although she was very sweet she could not put my chopped hair back onto my head. Lindsay is still working there and I highly suggest you do not let her cut your hair. I have to be in my girlfriends wedding partywith this terribly embarrassing hair. I went there expecting to walk away feeling a little bit better about myself and I walked away in tears. You know you've had a terrible haircut when the owner has her employee send you a appoligy card! Lindsay in my opinion should not be in the beauty industry. She should try a totally different occupation. I have never had anyone make me feel like that in my life. It is not like a bad dress you buy and decide to return. I have to wear this hair 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I truely feel assaulted. It is a very masculine hair do and I consider myself to be a femanine woman. Lindsay, mulletts went out in the 80's
