I called to find out a pricing for a Out The Door topcaot. The lady rambled various pricing off for the different sizes and then started speaking another language immediately and then hung up. The lady was rude and unprofessional. She was too interested in her conversation at the store and not helping a potential customer that could have spent a lot of money. I will NEVER contact them again or even give them the time of day.
No matter how polite you are to them they are insanely rude back! Its not all of the employees, just the old guy! He was annoyed every single time that I asked him a question! Why open a business like this if you have poor customer service?! Gheeze! I will never return here. EVER!
A nail polish addicts dream. I've been coming here for years to get my fix on OPI, ESSIE, China glaze, etc. they have everything you would need for nail art , glitter, stickers, brushes, pens, sequins, studs...... You get the picture. They keep asking me if I'm a beauty school student every time I should there, nope this whole basket is for me.
They definitely have a wide range of nail polish selection and accessories for your manicure and pedicure needs. The only downside is that they follow you around and it can get very uncomfortable. I get it, I don't take it too personally I mean they're just doing their job. Although I think it's time for them to install some serious security cameras if they're that concerned that people are gonna steal! Oh and make sure you bring cash since there's a fee if you use your credit card or debit card.
