Visions Spa Salon in Novi, MI

I've been a customer for at least 10 years. They let me walk out for refusing to sign a legal document before "providing services". Over $50 for a man's haircut is highway robbery, but insisting I sign a legal document to protect them in the event of screwing up was the tipping point for me. Vision's management: You did a great job of teaching the man at the counter to say the document was "no big deal". If that were true, he should have let me decline to sign. You don't care about customer service...only covering your butt. I've received a lifetime of haircuts without waiving any legal rights. Sadly, I will miss my stylist...she is a good person, but her boss has lost all common sense.

Steer clear from this place. The service is mediocre at its best and very expensive. Usually when I get my hair done I get so many compliments and I feel so good because it comes back to life. When I went here, I was so unimpressed with the blowout I was shocked! I will stick to Beach House Day Spa going forward for my spa services, it is top notch!

I had highlights, root color and trim. $349 (without tip). Was it like the best color I've ever had. Nope. Not even close. I've had same and also better results at salons half the price. Just because it's an affluent area doesn't mean you should charge these exuberant prices. I'm from NYC and had less expensive services at very high end salons (Fekkai in Soho for example).

My friend and I had great intentions to have a girls day, scheduling massages at the same time, and then a lunch. We bought each other massage good cards and have been trying to redeem them for the past year. This spa does not have ANY Saturday appointments until next year, and nothing available after 5:00pm during all week nights until next year. I asked for a refund on the gift cards and was told no refunds (which normally I understand but in this scenario, I don't agree). I will never purchase a gift card at this salon again. Meredith, the manager, advised that we are now on a waiting list and will 10 minutes to respond after we receive their text, which can come at any time. We are allowed to be on a waiting list for 30 days, and then need to call the salon directly to renew. Obviously this salon is struggling with staffing. We have made decision to redeem gift cards separately and just go somewhere else. I have booked 2 massages at Evexia Wellness salon in Clarkston (which is gorgeous) on Monday, no problem. Very professional amazing service been going here for years, Michelle is the best hairdresser and their spa services are immaculate
