Clients beware! This salon charges a 4% service fee for using a credit or debit card. Besides exceeding the state percentage limitation it is against State policy to charge for using your debit card. There are no signs posted at the required spots of the front door, at the register and when asked the receptionist had no idea what the establishments policy was. They were trying to charge me $17.75 to use my debit card!
Really good service the nail tech is great. She also does lashes and pedicures and I went back for them all great experience
Their supposedly "high end, costly stylists" need to go back to school, I went to two different stylists that cost over $60 and neither one knew how to cut or style hair!
Kaitlyn was my colorist. She recommended adding in some dimension to my dark brown hair. Ok... let's give it a try....whoa it's turning orange slowly...I have highlights and now have three colors. They are lighter in the back... not a consistent tone a but ashy. I'm not sure how I feel about this overall. The blow out left me a little frizzy. It wasn't the best blow dry for my hair. The price was over 200. for this. I'm neutral right now. Perhaps color and blow at home will be the better option next time. The decor is beautiful. Everyone is friendly, the shampoo massage chair is a 10!!!! Will try another time with some modifications to my coloring and style.
