I am blow away by this salon. The girls are all so nice and the feel and vibe is very refreshing. I came by yesterday for a change of pace. I wanted a new color and a new look. Now most people will tell me what I'm looking for is too bold or drastic. Every six months or so I like to mix up my look. In the past my hair stylists have tamed it down and limited how much they're willing to do. But not Kassidy B. I told her what I wanted and asked if it was possible. Not only did she immediately know what I wanted, she worked out a plan to get it done. I'm blonde again, from a red, and my hair feels amazing. It didn't break off or die like most stylists lead you to believe it will. She was totally professional and dedicated to getting my hair done and looking great. I'm very pleased with her work and highly recommend her! Thank you Kassidy.

Bought a living social for two blowouts with Amber. Called, emailed, texted (which voicemail said was the best way to reach her to ensure a timely response). And...crickets. I requested a refund from living social. Seems like a really professional, smart business who knows how to treat their clients.

Amber was a really nice person. However, I would never go get my hair done by her ever again. First of all she was late. I waited 20 minutes and was ready to leave when she finally came in. Second, she ran out at the middle of coloring my hair to get more dye!!! Box dye!!! Which i couldve done myself at home... I went for coloring and highlights since she had told me she can change my original dark hair to a lighter one. WRONG!!! I came out looking worst than i came in. My hair was Orange!!! Lastly she was such in a hurry because she had another customer that she didnt flat ironed my hair or even made sure it looked good. It was puffy and horrible. Cheap prices comes with cheap results. Never will get my hair done here again!

I've known Amber for 10 years and have been going to her ever since. She's very talented and knows what she's doing! Just had the best haircut ever and got plenty of compliments after. Don't listen to these other Drama Mama's reviews like A.J. and give her a try!

I tried Amber out on my search for a new hairstylist (after going to the same family friend my whole life). Ten minutes before my appointment (as I was literally 2 min away, driving) I get a text from Amber asking if we can move my appointment 15 minutes or 30 minutes after it was scheduled. I responded that I was on my way already but was ok to wait a little (I figured she was behind on a client, which I can understand). I wait in the lobby for the next 40 minutes (making her now 45 minutes late for my appointment)..... horrible first impression. She was obviously coming in for the day, not finishing up with a client. Amber was friendly so I thought maybe I could manage her being late if she was good with the color... As my color was processing, she left for about 15 minutes and came back with a coffee and bought supplies at a beauty store. Shouldn't that be taken care of AHEAD of time? I understand processing color takes time, but I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I asked for a cool-toned blonde to fix the warm, golden tones I had in my blonde highlights. I left a little happier than before with my color (albeit not cool toned) but highly disappointed in my cut. I asked for layers and texture and had showed her 5+ pictures of the style I was going for. I also asked for a bit of an angle, shorter in the back. I left with NO angle and uneven, top heavy layers. I asked her to take off "this much" and was left with the same length because she says she isn't scissor happy... I also noticed spotty areas that I was missing color, and quick grow out as the foils were put in sloppily and not close enough to the root. I tipped WAY too generously for an already expensive service because I was nervous. I was also pressured to book my next appointment right there. About a week before the upcoming appointment, Amber texts me asking to move my appointment to another day.... I was already going to cancel it but, come on. Strike 3. Sorry Amber, you were friendly enough, but your customer service, lack of reliability and BEING 40 MINUTES LATE leave much to be desired.
