Ulta Beauty in Livingston, NJ

I have visited this Ulta three times in the last few months and will say the customer service is horrible. The first time I visited, I had a return. The cashier made it pretty obvious she was annoyed, for what? No idea. The second time I visited, I could only see two associates on the floor. One was helping someone else and the second, was sitting on a chair on her phone. Making it almost her mission not to make eye contact with me. After about 10 minutes, I walked up to her to see if she could color match me. Making it obvious she was being interrupted, she asked me what shades I wanted to try (which I don't think is how it works) and after I picked out the colors she point blank said "which one?" Which again, I don't think is how it works, as they are supposed to help. The third time was today, where I went looking for a Dyson Airwrap. After circling the hairstyling tool section, unable to find what I was looking for, none of the three girls chit chatting came up to be me to ask if they could help. Though, there was no one in the store. I then walked up to one of the associates to ask if they had an air wrap, to which the girl replied "no, we haven't had them in two weeks." I understand they are not psychics, but they can be nice, as they are customer service. It's sad this is the closest Ulta, because I will continue to avoid the store as much as possible.

Dana is so helpful and very profesional. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her job. She helped me pick out a hair color and talked to me about the profesional services they offer there to correct my hair color issues. I am excited to see such awesome customer service! Her coworker at the register was equally sweet!

I have a time in my hands when I when inside of this store . I was checking everything and remember so many reviews in products I will love to try . A really young girl that never welcomed me , came over and with a actitud ask did you need anything ma'am..?? I feel like I was bother her just for walk around looking. Is any minimum time for shopping in this store or you have to left after 15 min .?

Janelle did a great job with my brows. First time here she guided me every step to what she was doing and that was helpful! I'll be a regular for brows definitely. She was patient with every step.
