Been a customer here since shortly after it opened many years ago. I believe I was about 14 so I'm guessing almost 20 years ago. Danny and Kathie are awesome and I love both of them. Even when I've left the salon to go elsewhere, usually due to money, I always come back because you do get what you pay for. Kathie is a hair color wizard and aims to please. She's very nice. And Danny is a hair magician. He's quick, accurate and efficient. They always make sure you are happy with your hair. I like the atmosphere. Only thing is they need to dust a bit, update the lighting and fix the audio system. When Tsang opened it was an experience. Beautiful and relaxing and fun music, cool decorations and lightning. They've downsized with number of stylists and services offered (in the past they've had nail technicians and an estitithican). All staff here are very kind. Parking is sort of limited and the salon is on the second floor. There is an elevator though if you need it. The salon is closed on Mondays. I always look forward to coming here cuz I always feel good when I leave
As someone who has tried Ouidad and DevaCurl, I can tell you that no one makes my wavy hair curl up the way a Tsang cut does. No gimmicks, just a great haircut. You have his undivided attention and then you leave looking fabulous. I have seen Danny work on all different hair types and textures; everything seems to be his specialty.
Love this hair salon! I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and Danny the owner never disappoints in his cutting edge haircuts and brilliant color!
If you don't want to get ridiculously over charged, (and but that I mean $300!!) and leave with such horrific highlights that you need to pay even more money to get serious color correction at another salon by a REAL COLOR SPECIALIST, and have your hair completely ruined after all is said and done..... Well then I highly suggest you DO NOT go to this salon!!!!! I am completely horrified and appalled!
I have tried a few other local salons, but I keep coming back to Tsang. I get so many compliments on my cut and highlights, and i usually have good hair days unless I'm overdue for my haircut :). Ask for the owner, Danny.
