True Salon Spa & Boutique in West Berlin, NJ

Words can't express how thankful I am to find this wonderful hair salon. Today I donated my hair and the salon donated their services to me. I am beyond words. Thank you Gail for doing a wonderful job. ( won't lie I was very nervous ) But the whole staff was very nice and wonderful to me thank you again -- at True salon spa and boutique.

I was shocked with the lack of professionalism at True "Salon." In particular with the "supervisor," Cara Conn. Last Saturday, October 12, 2019 I was there with a bridal party for hair. Our party was large and some of us were waiting our turn for hair. In walks Cara Conn with an annoyed look on her face from the moment she walked in. Not knowing yet that she was a so called supervisor, I noticed she walked over to the bride. One of the 12 people could not make it in to get her hair done. As she walked away I heard her say with an annoyed tone, "you know, I could have stayed at home longer with my baby! I got up at 6:30!!" I honestly could not believe what I heard!!!! How unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!! Then to my surprise as there were 4 of us still waiting for hair, she sat down at the front desk with an attitude and told another stylist that she was not going to help out because she was pissed and she was just going to work the front desk instead!!!! As the 4 of us sat there waiting, we watched her talk about us with another Stylist at the desk and complain. It was truly unbelievable!!! I honestly do not know how people work with a person like her, I feel bad for each and every one of those stylist that have to look at her face all day. I can only imagine how she treats them if she treats customers this way!!!! Along with her wickedness- the salon stylists, with the exception of a few (Stephanie, Becca and a couple I don't know their names) were not good at all. For the amount of money we had to PRE-PAY, it was a joke! The bride was so embarrassed. One of our bridesmaids hair started to fall out as soon as she got in the car, we took her back to get it fixed. Another bridesmaid completely took her hair out and did it herself at the bride's house. Apparently this salon is not equipped to handle a bridal party since they had to pull stylist that do not do formal hair and it clearly showed. Disappointed is an understatement.

I went here to try and fix my damaged hair. I had Ashley and she was fantastic. Ashley listened to me and took the time to give me the look I wanted while salvaging my hair. The whole atmosphere was welcoming and very relaxing! Thank you Ashley!

This place is the best & has the best stylist in Geysha!! She is by far the best, she is trendy & classy. She always makes her clients feel comfortable.....give her a try you won't be disappointed...

Love this salon! Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. Love my stylist, so talented & trusting; wouldn't go anywhere else!
