Great salon for hair color, cut, spray tan. Mani- pedi- all services are awesome. Staff is friendly and professional. And, the salon itself is very nice. Highly recommend!
I had a pleasant experience here, but I was not as impressed as I'd hoped I'd be based on how nice it was on the inside. Review is for mani/pedi only, no hair or tanning. The salon follows all safety and cleaning protocols for Covid: staff wore masks and gloves, hand sanitizer offered upon entry, temperature checks at the door, plexiglass barriers installed in between stations, and social distancing enforced. With that said, I was underwhelmed with the nail polish selection. It was on a tiny sliver of wall with only a handful of rows and not a whole lot of variety or gradient in shade. I wanted emerald jewel tones for my toes but ended up settling on a dark turquoise/teal with shimmer, since the only other options were lime, kelly, and hunter greens. The pedicure itself was pleasant, but nothing to write home about. They honored the requested extra time for leg massages, but it wasn't rough/firm enough, more like a gentle rubdown, and same with the exfoliating. The massage chairs were incredibly uncomfortable, so I kept it off for most of the time. The color DID come out beautiful, especially after she applied the top clear coat (and after some sunshine hit it), but my pedicure faded fast, about two weeks later, and I noticed almost immediately when I got home that the polish didn't reach my cuticles or inner and outer edges of the toes. Overall, very clean and relaxing inside (although they played iHeart radio live concert music instead of traditional spa music?) and friendly staff, but I'd probably try out one of the many other salons before returning.
Hi! I have been to Totally Tan for many feathers and tinsels for my hair. I have also been there once for a manicure. The service is great, everybody is so nice, and they do a good job with the hair and the design that you want on your nails. The only thing is that sometimes they make you pay a little much, but other than that everything is so cool, and I would totally go there again!
