I came here for 6 years. I knew all the tech's everyone always remembered me, I had a great experience up until the other day. My nail had fallen off after having them for 2 days. It start lifting by itself because it needed a new nail but Ann just put glue to keep it together. It ended up lifting and coming off, so i went back and asked her to fix it. She said I owed her $5. I wouldn't mind paying that if i broke the nail myself but the lifting was due to her not fixing the nail correctly. I will not be returning here, I am saddened I will have to search for a new nail shop but as a loyal customer for over 3+ years I shouldn't have experienced that. I've recommended SO MANY people to this nail salon so I will be letting those people know not to return there as well. It's frustrating knowing that all she cares about is her money, in order to keep her customers she's going to need to prioritize her customers a little more.
I would leave 0/5 stars if I could. For starters, the ladies who weren't working, they sat on the pedicure chairs with their shoes on the foot area. So unhygienic. Then I asked the lady if she could make a design and she said yes and I am thankful she tried. But the design wasn't really that hard and then she blamed it on my nail length. Also, while the girl was doing my fill, she was literally rushing through it, she put her drill at the highest speed to file and cut me. Then she was going rough with my fingers with the filet that if I didn't constantly pull my finger back, she would've cut me. Lastly, after her failed attempts at a design, I told her to just do French tip and all of my French tips are so uneven with nail polish on my fingers like she didn't even want to clean it up. On top of that, my pedicure looked so terrible.. Definitely regret wasting money here. I should've went to my usual lady.
I don't think I've ever left a review, but I had to for this salon. Easily the dirtiest salon that I've been to. Nothing was sanitized, in fact my filer fell on the floor and my tech just picked it up and continued to file my toes with it. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days. On top of feeling dirty, my tech killed a fly on my towel and left it there the entire time. 10/10 would not recommend.
Calling all medium to thick eyebrow girlies!! If there is one person who can really do eyebrows ... it's my girl LISA! So sweet and kind and knew what she was doing ! I never found anyone who can get do my eyebrows the way she did them ! For sure coming back !! I truly recommend!!
If Tiffany wasn't here at this shop this shop would be 1 star just like many It's not the nail salon it's the nail tech that make the impression. I got my nails done by owner and very disappointed trying to rush my paying service... with many complaints to fix I feel as I have some lil girl sloppy nails
