The Spa & Salon at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City, NJ

Got a last minute appointment and was not disappointed. Spa was nice, quiet and clean and staff was great. All ammenities were in good order-sauna, hot tub and steamroom all enjoyable. Showers were well appointed with everything needed right at hand. But by far the best was my facial with Kristina Collazo. I booked the seasonal special so it was a bargain and she was so relaxing. She explained all the products and processes but was not pushy and really let's you enjoy the experience. My skin looks fabulous and I'll definitely go back to see her.

I won the spa giveaway for 2 on facebook, and redeemed my packages this past Saturday. From the minute we were scheduled to the minute we left, the service was amazing. Upon arrival, we were running late, so I called and asked if they could push us back and they accommodated us. We walked in at 3, got champagne, and was whisked away to our respective massages. Andrea and Kathy were amazing. I did the aromatic massage with the essential oils and I still feel so great. My mom got the regular massage and had nothing but kind words to say. Tiffany and Lauren were also so nice! The facilities were clean and we were able to soak for a bit before leaving. We will definitely back for another massage sooner rather than later. Thank you again!

Just left my massage and am pretty underwhelmed. The spa is nice but the staff were lukewarm at best. The entire time I felt rushed by my therapist. She did offer me a beverage and show me around but even then it seemed like she just wanted to get it over with - not the feeling you want during a pricey treatment. She offered me the add ons so I did decide on the hot stones - a $35 upgrade. This was the most underwhelming part - it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes of the stones on my back. When I brought this up to her at the end she got super defensive and said it was longer than 5 minutes, that she had timed it - so ok? 6 or 7 minutes? It could not have been longer than that! I've done this add on at other spas and they always run them down your arms or legs - but as I was curtly told no that's not the case, I had a foot or back option (which was never given?) Either way it's a TOTAL rip off. I told her the rest of the massage was fine but she seemed pretty pissed off that I inquired about the stones and it really ruined the whole thing for me. I didn't even really enjoy the amenities at that point and just left. I would recommend the spa at Borgata or Exhale at Ocean, I've gone to both of these multiple times and always feel like I was treated amazing and left feeling relaxed, total opposite of how I felt leaving this spa. Not naming the therapist on the chance that she was having an off day but felt like I needed to warn people about this overpriced upgrade.

Great massage with Awilda. Relaxing and therapeutic. She cared to offer me follow up advice. Steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi included. See staff member if you want hot water in shower. Only luke cool.

This is my go-to spa in AC and I have always had the best experience. I checked in Tuesday and had a massage with Kathy...wow! What a treat. Highly recommend her! The facility was clean, relaxing and the staff is always accommodating.
