Jax is awesome! I have black, Asian hair and have been wanting to go platinum blonde. A year ago, I had it done and it was very brassy. Not only did Jax get me to platinum, but she took her time and explained the process, cost and maintenance. It took 6 hours, and the process was painless (usually I'll get blisters on my scalp but no blisters!). My hair feels great after the process and the brass is completely gone, and the color is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Jax. She does quality work. It's pricey but totally worth all the extra effort and time. Also, the salon was very clean and had great energy.
I had been trying to find a salon that sold Kevin Murphy. As I walked by I saw in the window the line of haircare I had been looking for . There wasn't a front desk person available at the time so I went next for for some takeout. Placed my order and came back over. As a stylist was doing a pre wedding look on her client I noticed how engaging she was. She noticed me looking around needing help and I told her what I was looking for. She let me know she'll be right with me. The client went to grab something and she invited me right in to look at the retail. She was so nice asked me about my hair type and how I style. Got me excited about the product I was buying and helped me find new other products to try out and be obsessed about . I will be back to this salon since.

JAX ROCKED MY WORLD. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. After a scalp treatment and haircut I'm feeling so fresh. I don't trust a lot of people with my hair, and I felt entirely comfortable with Jax because of her extensive hair knowledge and experience. The salon is very clean and comfy, and I loved the products she used. Incredible overall experience.
