Well meaning but unprofessional staff. They made no attempt to fix a bad situation. The salon would only give my kids a 9:30 appointment. We arrived on time but were told we'd have to wait for 30 minutes. We left and came back, they said it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. I don't understand how they could be an hour behind so early in the day. And they didn't call me to let me know. Very disappointing.
I am so pleased that we finally have a wonderful women's hair salon in Gardiner! For years ,I have been traveling to Poughkeepsie and decided to try someplace new. Today was my second appt. with Tammy and I couldn't be happier. Not only is she friendly and personable, she listens ,gives suggestions and cuts/styles beautifully. Thank you!
