Sweet Jane Salon in San Diego, CA

Being new to San Diego, I didn't really know where to go for the type of haircut I've been wanting. Been looking at google and yelp, I came across Sweet Jane Salon and I saw that their forté is the kind of haircut I have been wanting. But sadly, they were pretty booked at the time, but as I kept checking, one early morning...I got lucky! Someone dropped and I got the spot right away. I had Norman, and once I arrived there...he was so polite and he made me express as to how I really want my hair to be not just by what's on the photos that I showed. The place is chill, home vibe & clean, & I loved their type of music! Made me want to relax and sway at the same time. As for my haircut, Norman did just what I've been wanting for a long time! He gave me volume, texture, length, style, something I can work with quick and easy as I've requested. He even taught me how to style my hair. So yes, I love my haircut and the service that I received from Norman. Look into their profile and you'll see, if that's the type of hairstyle you want, go make an appt. right away!!!

Do not get your hair cut here you will become a narcissist. I started seriously thinking I could model I was and still am delusional because of this haircut. Norman is worth every cent.

The service here is absolutely incredible! The salon is the cutest and has the best feeling! It's so full of light and good energy! My hair was done by Norm and he knew exactly what I needed before I even knew it myself. He is a true miracle worker and I think I have found a forever home for my hair! Him and Nicholas have really created something really special here, and if you are looking for the best razor cuts in San Diego, look no further because this is the place!!!

I was on a quest for an amazing shag haircut and found my spot at Sweet Jane Salon. Norman is so kind and talented. He really listened to what I wanted and knew how to work with my wavy, fine hair. I love love love my short shag! Thanks Norman! You and the salon are very special.

Had a bittersweet experience at this salon. Norman gave me a lovely haircut. He was detail oriented and framed my face so well with the bangs he cut. I came back a few weeks later for a bang trim. I booked with Nicholas since Norman didn't have availability for a few weeks. He spent less than 10 minutes cutting my bangs and didn't hesitate to send me on my way when I told him that the bangs turned out different than I expected. He didn't even section my hair, just brushed em behind my ears. When I was styling the next day, the bangs looked like they were cut slanted and uneven between the two sides. There were multiple emails/texts requesting a review, where I sent a message about my bangs and inquired about a refund bc I didn't want to drive another 30min back there and I had already attempted to fix them. Nick was open to a refund, but I just wish it was done right the first time.
