Susie's Hair Salon is amazing. Susie the owner has been doing my hair 30 plus years..shes the best!! She also is a very giving person she has contests just about every month for clients to win some great stuff. She also donates to various charities.. the salon is always beautiful and decorated for every holiday..she always refreshments and goodies for the clients too..all around best place for hair cuts and color Top Notch!! Definitely 5 star Salon..also she stays late for her customers so they don't have to wait long for another day for an appointment...what other owners do that...she loves her clients and what she does. That definitely shows!!!
I was only a second time customer( 1st time no issues what so ever) Not only did I get choppy layers that I didn't ask for , I asked for about half inch trim .But Susie the owner not only kept trying to adjust my sitting position ,that when I told her I had curvature of the spine( scoliosis )she rudely said. Oh I can tell !! I was taken back by this as I don't like confrontation but I will not go back there. She was just not nice to me almost annoyed and she is also very loud . I am so upset , it's gonna take a long time for my hair to grow out and the insult about my condition I have no words
Susie has done my hair three times now and I couldn't be more pleased! I came to her with a lot of color damage to correct and she has gotten me back on the right track to better color for me & healthier hair. She's very passionate about what she does and it clearly shows through her work. She is professional, super-friendly & very intuitive. Susie's a keeper and I'm here to stay!
