I am updating a prior review where I gave 4 stars in 2022 mainly for Jill. I just walked in there today 3/7 and was treated with utter rudeness. Never have I walked into a place of business and just gotten a dirty look from the hair dresser. The receptionist did not try at all to fit me in. After just standing there for 10 minutes I told them I'd take my business elsewhere. Which I promptly did. Will never return. If the owner of this franchise is reading this, please get your staff some customer service training.
Ridiculous price for just a haircut. Won't be going back to that location. The other Supercuts in the surrounding area are $5.00 less and they have seniors discounts.
Very unprofessional, they made me sit on the chair get me ready and tell me to go back to the waiting area to wait some more because they made a mistake. Then someone walked in out the street and started making a profile for these people. Like I wasn't waiting enough. They lost me and all my family as a customer. (Huge family), never again. Recently I went to this Supercuts in Somerset. I had a 10am appointment. The woman who I had the appointment with said she wasn't ready, her fellow workers should not have made any appointment. She said I should come back in an hour. I was shocked. She had cut my hair before & I liked her work. I am almost 80, and I would not be able to leave & come back. So then she said to give her 10 minutes. So I waited bit she was blasting music with 4 letter words. I asked her to turn it down. She ignored me. I left It was an awful unprecedented experience. Today was unfortunately a date THESE unsettling "people" acted in an EXTREMELY unprofessional and straight up GHETTO manner. For some reason they assumed my last name was not my last name which makes me believe I was acted on in a discriminatory manner immediately upon entry. I have 2 children. I left my lady with my youngest child getting the hair cut as I walked with my oldest, to give space due to covid regulations which Jackie was sure to point out in a clearly displeased tone, clearly claiming her territory in an unnecessarily unwelcoming tone. I decided to leave the premises to avoid any possible issue with this group. The hair cut was finished. They charged $18 I paid $30 and we left. This is when I realized how OBNOXIUS they were. My lady, recording my child's hair cut, caught on camera JACKIE AND ELIZA BOTH speaking about me and how displeased they were. They claimed I gave a LIE of a last name. They belittled my lady in front of her, as if she didn't exist. Both Jackie and Eliza were within 6 feet of my lady. As we arrived at home and reviewed our pictures and videos we were appalled to hear these women. My lady is absolutely horrified about how today went. She maintained her composure and took a beating from management in person AND recorded it. We will be seeking legal counsel. Zero stars!
