I would give 0 stars if I could. this place is absolutely terrible I do not recommend. Penny and Pilar are terrible hair cutters they have such a bad attitude and are so nasty. They butchered my hair my sideburns are uneven. horrible job not only for service but haircut quality as well. do not enter this place
I was referred by my friend Luis that's a long time customer there to see Pilar and I was not disappointed. she was great, very friendly and fantastic at her job. I was very happy with the results. I love my new hairstyle and would highly recommend Supercuts in Randolph, NJ.
First time at Super cuts with my son. Pilar is very rude and looks like she is miserable working there. No customer service manners! Was a bit aggressive in cutting my son's hair. i Will not go back. Very unprofessional here. Disgusted!!! This place will not last!
Very agreesive and unprofessional woman that works here. Crabby AF. New to Randolph, so both my husband and I went on different days and encountered same person. Doesn't listen to what you want either, but does what she thinks is needed. Disappointed because the location is handy but having to walk on egg shells during entire visit is so wrong! We won't be back.
I should have listened to the other reviews, the woman who cut my son's hair was so nasty. From the moment I walked in, "What time is your appointment". There was no hello,how are you .. nothing. She was rude to my husband telling him he's particular. Yes I think most people are particular when it comes to their hair or child's hair. Now I'm not one to keep my mouth shut, if my son was not there I would have given her a piece of my mind and I should have walked out, but I didn't. People that are reading this, please don't go and pay money to somewhere where people are nasty, they don't deserve your business or money, let's make this year a resolution where we walk out of establishments where the workers are so nasty. I'm given it a zero for sure regardless what the stars say.
