A five minute haircut literally. No big mistake but I've never seen someone rush like that or have been so abrupt didn't really get the haircut. I wanted and really feel like she wanted to be there. 28 bucks plus a tip didn't feel worth it today. I've come here for five years and 90% of the time had good service and a good haircut to the last three times not so good. I'll probably need a haircut again in three weeks so I bit of a waste of money. No one said anything mean just clear. They didn't want to be there and rushed as fast as she possibly could.
I came in with bushy, frizzy hair. Valerie gave me a full Keratin treatment, and did it so well that it looked good for all four days before I could wash it. Now it looks amazing. She really knows what she's doing, and was a pleasure to talk with too. Highly, highly recommended!
Valarie is the best. We've been going to her for years. You can go to her and say, "I don't know what I want" or "I know exactly what I want" and you'll leave happy. Plus, she'll make suggestions to keep your hair looking great between visits. She really knows her stuff.
Truly a unprofessional business. I went to get a haircut for an important event. The barber shaved the sides and didn't even cut the rest. It looked like I had a bowl cut. How are these barbers certified? Don't ever go here.
