Horrible Customer service in your Greenbrook, NJ location. I signed up for a 10:30am appointment today online & got to the shop 5 minutes B4 my appointment (the stylist was working on another customer at the time). Ten minutes after I showed up another customer came into the shop who she must have known (they greeted each other by 1st names). At 10:40am she finished up with the customer that she was working on when I got there and proceeded to take her friend next over me. I asked her why was he going B4 me, when I had an appointment and was there B4 him. She said that he called for an appointment and she was taking him 1st. She also told me that there was another person ahead of me who had called for an appointment (who wasn't present). I have two questions. #1 - why do you have online appointments when someone who calls over the phone gets priority, even if you are there B4 them and have an appointment. #2 - why didn't she inform me that I was 3rd in line for a haircut when I walked in and at least give me the common courtesy to decide if I wanted to wait or not. Please let the owner of this store know that there is a Sports Clips right up the road in Warren, NJ and that this is where I went for my haircut today & will be going to for all of my future haircuts - thanks to the stylist (pretty sure the other customer called her Lena) at this location.

I frequent this place a couple times a year when in the area which I was a few days ago. I happened to get this pretty older lady with an accent who cut my hair once before. That cut was very short then, almost like a military cut, not what I asked for so I have avoided her since but that day was rainy and dreary and it was my turn. Instead of waiting I thought of giving her another try and I explicitly told her I do not want it cut short. First visual warning that I ignored was the TV nearby and I remember her changing channels and of course I was distracted too. She cut my hair so fast and again it was very short just like I did NOT want but otherwise it seemed ok. When I got home I looked in the mirror and notice a 4" area that was totally missed, hair was about 2" length and the rest of it was less than 1/2". So I drove 3mi back there to get it fixed. $5 tip on a $12 haircut, I expected better. After fixing it, as I'm walking out she had something to say under her breath which caught me off guard but I wasn't going to give her attention... Quality and customer service matters and goes a long way, unfortunately it's my 2nd and last haircut by her. This experience was bad, one star. However considering all of my experience in the past and when factoring this experience, four star drops to two.

Supercuts 119 US-22 E, Green Brook Township. Today i went to Green Brook Supercuts for my kid's haircut. One lady was there, she didn't greet us, even though a smile, she was very rude, she messed up with my kid hair. She did spray on my daughter face, my kid said "you sprayed on my face", but the lady didn't care about that. After haircut she didn't dry my kid's hair. We asked her to dry then only she did. After that She didn't comb my kid's hair. We are not coming for free service, we pay for your service, at least respect your customer and basic manners. Worst customer service. She was extremely careless and rude. Never going back.

Good value, but this is a franchised location so the ownership/management can do whatever they want including disrespecting loyal customers. They had a loyalty program where if you pay for six haircuts, you would get the seventh free. I had five for a while and was attempting to pay for my sixth and they told me they don't use them anymore and that it is so old ( perhaps last year they stopped using it). Of course they would choose not to go the customer-centric route to either let you finish the card you had or convert some type of reward or coupon based on usage. They rudely tell you no and act like the card is ancient and you are crazy for trying to still use it. I left several calls over a few months to both corporate and the direct location just to talk to the owner/manager to get a better understanding of why they would do this. Not one call back. Corporate does not even care to do anything but send messages to them to perform such a fundamental task of returning a call. It is all very ironic that after attempting to create loyalty they go and disrespect you like this and essentially tell you they could care less about you and your business.

I barely write a review but I made an exception for this place. It was my first time in New Jersey and a friend of mine recommended this place and I totally loved it. The environment is super clean and bright, staff is very friendly and above that I'm in love with my new haircut. My stylist was Nodira, I was lucky to have her, she did an excellent job with a shampooing, haircut and blow drying. Honestly I was hesitating to cut my hair very short but it came out beautiful and beyond exceeded my expectations. I will definitely recommend it to everyone and will come back again!!!
