My husband took my son here for a haircut today and his hair looks terrible. The back is not even cut straight at all and he has hairs on his forehead that are an inch longer than the rest of his hair. The haircut was not cheap, I am so disappointed in the quality and now I have to try and fix it myself at home. Given someone from the salon called my husband after seeing my review and offered a free cut I'm upgrading this review to 3 stars. Thank you.
So made appointment at super cut near me..... I wanted to do something DIFFERENT... My hair was was shoulders long... Wanted to do asymmetrical pixie .. the young girl I showed pic to .. didn't want to do it I APPRECIATE THAT SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!! 2 other stylist were willing to do the cut. I got the cut I wanted!!!!!! I don't even wanna say the artist name who cut my hair.. because when I come back I want her available. Great experience here!!!!!!!!!!!
Never again . Poorly run ... made an appointment sat 45 minutes and they gave me impression I was next - to find out - someone was sitting in there car supposedly and was next - really you couldn't have told us that were sitting there you were that late - so poorly run with communication and lack of respect for peoples time - I made an appointment!!! Corporate should shut it down - it's not good business practice- !!
I went into the salon and was in need of a haircut. I was greeted warmly and professionally by my stylist Sarah. She asked me some COVID questions and checked my temperature. Afterwards she asked me to wait as there was someone ahead of me. Once she began cutting my hair she was friendly, answered all of my questions about my hair cut and how to keep the style I had going strong. I cannot recommend this salon enough.
Kelly has been giving me the best haircuts for years. She is a pro. I Will never have any body ever cut my hair but her . A true professional 5 stars
