If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid $125 for a full highlight and haircut through a Groupon voucher. My haircut was so awful and the color was nonexistent. I left the salon looking worse than when I went in. Unfortunately I developed bronchitis and was sick two weeks following the appointment so I did not have the energy to call the salon and complain and go in to get it fixed. Today, I went into the salon and spoke directly with the owner. She was rude, selfish and careless. She said that I could've gotten my hair fixed for up to five days after my appointment but if I want to get it fixed now I would have to pay full price for a new job. Do not ever go to this salon! They are scammers, they don't care about quality work or about their customers!

First time visit, met Heather (owner). Heather is an active stylist who seems to have total respect of her staff. She immediately made me feel welcome.

Went here for a year. Jessica always did my hair wonderfully. She is definitely talented. Though, the receptionist (when it was the owner) kept charging me more and more each time. It was exceptionally more. She knew I was very generous and kind, and was basically taking advantage of me. After I confronted her about the $40.00 up-charge, she reimbursed me and said she accidentally charged me more. I was being ripped off for months. Don't trust them. It's too bad, Jess was very talented.
