I have been going here for several years and an very satisfied. Bob is very friendly, I receive a great haircut that is reasonably priced. It is clean and well lit with plenty of wait room.
Bob gives a great cut and more importantly is nice to talk to. I would highly recommend. As a new resident of Mendham, I found my barber.
Ive lived in Mendham for most of my life, and less than a quarter of a mile away from the Men of Mendham. I was on my way home from work and I needed a quick cut. I decided to swing by the place to get a very easy short hair cut. Bob the owner was cutting my hair and I noticed at the end of my hair cut he didn't give me a neck shave and did not show me the back of my head. I also noticed a demeanor change and I thought it was because he was in a hurry to close up after a long day - which I respect. When I walked into work my boss said "what happened to the back of your head!?!?!" I honestly didn't know what he was talking about. Bob had shaved off an inch and a half wide strip of hair from my ear to the bottom of my neck. I was extremely upset because this was not the first time , nor the second , nor the third time this has happened. I was honestly not that upset surprisingly- that is until I spoke with Bob. I had told him to send me his cell phone number so he could see what he did- which he absolutely was aware of. He called me a liar and said he didn't do that.... how unprofessional! Please save your money and go elsewhere. This place is an absolute joke! If you would like to see Bob calling me a liar publicly just check out my review on his Facebook page.
No complaints. I've been going to Men of Mendham almost since the day they opened. I've always received a solid haircut and have never had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes. (I've never had a facial shave here, but then again, I'm not sure why I would.)
warning: do not under any circumstances get a facial shave here. bob- the owner cut me repeatedly and badly and said that he never had seen a beard so difficult to shave. really pathetic. stay away.
